Penny Vaughn-Chapo vs. Wells Fargo

Opened a sofa select same as cash account thru Wells Fargo and promptly set up equal online payments so account would be paid off in the time frame. Evidently I was a little too quick on the draw with that first payment. As it was paid BEFORE the close of the billing cycle. So now they consider the payments late when they are actually ahead of schedule. I have spoke with three different people. They can look back at the payment history and clearly see the account has been paid EVERY month and this is accurate. But the only resolution they can offer is to pay their late fee. That is SO NOT RIGHT! What happened to customer Service and COMMON SENSE???? If you value those things...I recommend staying away from Wells Fargo!
