Penny Vaughn-Chapo I set up the payments to be taken out my account automatically and but I guess I was a little to on the ball and the first payment came was before the billing cycle ended, so now they consider the future payments late. Even though you can clearly see there has been a payment made every month. This is B.S. and very poor customer service! No help what so ever in resolving this issue!BEWARE!!!!
