Karla Andazola I'm a store manager for a Convinience store and on 07-28-2012 Saturday at about 2:15pm I called in the Change order and the lady answering the calls was really rude. So i told her "you might want to work on your cutomer service skills" and she just "said mm? Ok!" I understand it's the end of the day but her customer skills shouldn't end until she clocks out at least. Reason # 1 why I don't bank with them anymore bad bad service!!! Sad to see people like this one working for a big company!
