jeffrey proctor vs. Wells Fargo

i applied for a harp loan. the mortgage representative told me i could qualify for the loan if i paid my equity loan in full which would erase that bank as a leinholder on my property. i then took out a personal loan to pay the equity loan only to find out from the underwriter that a personal loan is not an acceptable payoff. i dont understand why this is not acceptable. the bottom line is the equity loan and lein has been satisfied. now i am paying 2 pionts higher interest rate on my personal loan. not fair how a person with a great credit score cant qualify for this harp program. someone needs to be held accountable and i deserve this new mortgage.
