powersutica vs. Verizon Wireless

Unbelievable that phone service has been under repair since June 11...4 weeks and 2 days.
My cousins are both disabled and rely on their phone for nursing services and activities of daily living. The outage has been reported to verizon over and over and the only response is they are working on it. Apperenly they are digging holes all over Route 31 in Bridgeport, NY but in over 4 weeks have not provided service on the land line.
Verizon hasn't provided service but has the nerve to send a bill. The billing office stated that they would make an adjustment in 4 or 5 cycles. What the hell is going on there? You can't provide the service but you can provide a bill for no exchange of value. No way!
As a stockholder I am disgusted at the lack of concern and service for the above named Verizon has shown. I cant understand why no service is being provided to customers in Bridgeport, NY and why this is not being persud more vigorusly.
Get the phone working and credit the account immediatly.
