Marlene Soto vs. Verizon Wireless

Ok so I had a 3g smart phone anx I recently upgraded since I had to, with me wanting a 4g phone and all...so I do it and I change my plan since that is what you HAVE to do if u want 4g...another thing I'm p.o'd about...I payed $260 last month for the bill and I was behind that month so its understandable....but I get my new bill and its $283 because I got billed a month in advanced....wait wait...not only do you subject me to have to change plans....but now I also have to pay in advance too...smh...what the fuck is wfrong with these people...I totally regret renewimg my contract....I will not do so...heck I might file a consumer report on them and cancel my contract and not pay the fucking penalty...so what if my crexit takes a slight hit its high enough where it won't even matter...I'm fed up at these freacking big corps taking advantage of hard working americans....I'm am so done with them who the hell basicly forces you to change plans and then charges you a month in advanced...I don't care if its only this month...I pay a month in advance and then pay normal next month....ummm u dumb asses sounds like ur trying to make extra money...because if we pay a month in advance....ummm that means no bill next month...but yet there is..I'm I the only one it does not make sense to???
