John Marsh vs. Verizon Wireless

They will NOT give you one service (a la cart) with out billing it to a credit card. EVEN if you sign a 2 year contract for service. Hello??

I've been with Verizon for 6 years and have been receiving a paper bill. I have never been late or missed a payment in 6 years. Yet that means nothing! I no longer want bundled services. I only want the FIOS internet service. They refuse to provide it unless I use a CC to charge the service to!
