fbecke The two smartphones on our Verizon account keep losing service. They frequently cannot get a connection during non-peak times and Verizon's answer is to take the battery out. Well, I am tired of doing this and think that I shouldn't have to if I pay them the outrageous bill amount each month.
And, now, they want to do something because they can't sell the number of phones they used to.
