When you use the remote to change the channel or bring up the menu the is a ridiculous delay. Many times you press the buttons again because you're not sure if the box is responding. This makes the channel switch to a channel you didn't request Even using the arrow up and down keys has the same result.

Another problem is that when ou program the box to record a series, there is not an option to cancel recording the series.

I have three kids and I can't tell you how frustrating it is to try to find a channel for them to watch. Even my 2 year old says " stupid t.v."
