"Stop making me pay for a service I didn't receive!!!"

    I have been out of internet for a month and I've gone through 4 modems already. I was told that I already receive a discount...well of coarse I do, I get that discount because I was going leave you guys about a month ago. My discount doesn't have anything to do with my internet service that I have not had all month and I shouldn't have to pay if didn't get. If my modems are not working, why should I have to pay $5.00 to have another one delivered to my house, you guys should pay for it.
