Wolf's Song I recently took over the line that my parents had for me, as well as a second one. I chose T-Mobile because my parents have been with them since they were PCS1 (10+ years) with no problems. In the past two weeks, my plan has been put in wrong 3 times, I've called to get a web block removed (it wasn't), and every time I call I have to jump through hoops because the representative put in my social wrong. I was told to take ID into the T-Mobile store to have it fixed, when I did, the store told me that they couldn't do anything about it and called into customer care, then told me it was resolved - then when I called in again, it's STILL wrong, and I can't do anything to change it! I'm getting told by Care that they can't do anything and to go to the store, who then tell me that I need to call Care because THEY can't do anything. WTF T-MOBILE?
