kaitlyn micciche I have just recently done a "change of responsibility" and took my line from a family plan making it my own . Just to do that I had to be transferred several times and reexplain myself each time . Switching to my own account , I was told I will keep my same contract , then they had to apply for a new one for some reason . I later got a letter in the mail stating that I am ineligible for T-Mobile service , therefore my plan will be terminated this month . I called to get my deposit back because I never had a contract according to that letter , and I am not being given my deposit . I have had extra services added to my account without my knowledge even of what they are . I am also sick of being charged over 3x any other phone service for the same plans they offer only because I was stuck under contract . I am very soon switching to Sprint or Metro PCS . This better be changed or you'll go out of business in the near future .
