D. Michael Cavalier I went online, and called their customer service for information and to walk me through a change in my minutes. Then, after going through the steps I found out they re-set my 2-year contract to start over as of the date of the change. I did not ask for this, nor did I understand it when making the change. When I called them, I was told that since I did the change online, they are not willing to reconsider the contract extension and I now "owe" them for another 2 years! I've been with them for 7 1/2 years, and they are now just knifing me in the back. On top of that, when I asked to revert back to my old minutes they told me "sorry - we don't offer that plan anymore". Talk about a shell game! This company is sticking it to whomever they can, and I am appalled! I want OUT and do not want to pay them for something they do not deserve.
