Cassie DZ I am disputing my current rate plan. I called earlier this year to make a payment for my services, the customer service rep stated that I could have another phone line for the same price as I was paying now which was approximately $170 for one phone line and my broadband (Dell mini inspiron). When he stated that I could have another phone line under a family shared unlimited plan for the price I was paying now, I figured why not. Ever since that line has been added I have had nothing but headaches. The first month my bill was over $900, the next month was approximately $600, etc. Now they’re telling me that having that second line added about $60 to my overall bill. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Now their customer service emails are bouncing back, the corporate office gate keepers will not transfer you to anyone to assist. They request that you actually write in to their company describing your complaint. I have now searched and found every fax number to their office and have faxed my letters of complaints. Next will be a lawsuit...already in search of a class action suit lawyer
