Lupe vs. Sprint

"Pro-rate and credit back if term at the begining/middle of billing cycle"

    I broke my cell I don't have insurance on it because my cell is only worth $50 which is cheaper than paying for insurance. So I wanted to purchase one from sprint website like I done in the pass but where sold out of any that would work with my current plan. So I called sprint to see if I can do my update early instead of waiting without a cell till December. Which by updating means another 2 years under a contract. Sprint said YES but I had to pay $50 plus $36 activate the cell which I don't know why since it's not a new line, plus pay whatever the cell cost do the math. So I asked what if I decide to go with another carrier and get some of their specials how much would it be to cancel they said $80 which they NEVER mention about cancelling mid cycle or thing like that, that they would not credit any portion not use. So it was way cheaper to cancel then to update with them. So I did I changed carriers and got a better deal which am happy. All my life till now I have always known that if you paid for something in advance and don't use part or most of it they credit back some money but not Sprint. So my billing cycle started Oct. 10 I changed carriers Oct. 12 3-DAYS 3 FREAKEN DAYS after my billing cycle started and they want to keep all the monthly fee of $135 just because of 3-days. I would understand if it was more like 15 or 20 days after but even then they normally refund something back. So now am stuck paying the cancellation fee which am fine with but also $135 for something am not using. Please help me out here.

    No I haven't there answer is just: NO there's nothing they can do. Can you tell me how much it would cost or if there's a fee for you guys trying to help me with this issue. Thanks
