"Waive Cancellation Fee"

Jennifer Philipsohn For months Sprint has been horrible with their service. Most of my phone calls are dropped or half the time I never receive the missed calls! I also pay for internet and I never have enough signal to receive internet or it is simply not workin when I do receive bars. I have talked to customer service about this issue and they simply state that the service will continue to be bad because they are "broadening the service". Why must I continue paying my monthly bill fully when Sprint cannot provide the service I signed up for?! This isnt fair! I have asked twice to cancel the account and to waive the fee but they claim I must still pay the $150 PER PHONE on my account to cancel. They didnt provide the service I signed up for so why must I pay the FULL cancellation fee? All I'm asking for is to waive the cancellation fee for my account so I can leave Sprint for good!

Sprint Jennifer, I am sorry for the coverage problems. I would like to take a look and see if we can help. The cancellations fees we charge are to offset the huge subsidies we give to discount handsets for customers. I would like to look at your coverage situation and see what we can come up with.
