Elizabeth McCormack vs. Sprint

"A $100 credit promised in July has never been fully issued. I was told last month there had been a "glitch" and it would be spread over the next 3 months. Just received last bill and guess what...NO CREDIT! I"

    I have had so many problems with Sprint service, particularly since back in the spring. I was given every story imaginable by Sprint online and via telephone. My internet was tested, my Airave was tested, they said my phone was no good and sent me a cheap, plastic replacement (although I had insurance). I went into the store to switch phones out and was told again my old phone was fine and my bill was going up $10.00 a month if I accepted the new phone. So I forwarded it right back.
    I managed to find an acceptable signal for about two months. The issue is back with no indoor signal; now so bad there is no signal in my yard period. I live right in town. The reps at the Sprint store are quite truthful, that the towers/lack of are the problem.
    What I am angry about is not only struggling to keep up my end of the two year contract and paying the bill without acceptable service...BUT TO BE LIED TO MORE THAN ONCE ABOUT A PROMISED CREDIT. I tried to contact Sprint online today and was told to try back or call a toll free number.
    I can't make calls, can't receive calls without going outdoors and up the street to get a signal. This is very wrong.
