Jane Steinhauer vs. PayPal

I ordered a pair of sandals from a scam site Fashion Shoes It Is The Art - shoes were $30 - never received shoes - called Paypal and evidently others made the same complaint - Paypal said they would investigate and after 10 days would refund money - money never refunded - called Paypal back - girl said she would take it upon herself to make sure money would be refunded - still have not received refund - what is interesting is the chinese person who owned the shoe site sent a 'small plastic shower cap' in a small envelope so when I checked with Paypal the shoe company stated they sent an item - I told Paypal that it was a 2 cent shower cap, like the ones you use once and throw out...I would discontinue Paypal - company greedy - doesn't stand by what it says - Paypal as bad as the scam sites - next you know they will be taking money out of your bank account or charging against your credit card without you knowing it.............they probably depend upon you to get tired of calling them....
