"Fix the awful wifi service"

    The orange internet unit in the apartment we are renting is an utter piece of crap and would continually drop service and wasn't even strong enough to reach rooms 10m away.

    Therefore, I connected to a public orange wifi hotspot and purchased a 30-day access code. After working for the first 20 minutes, I have NOT been able to connect again over the last 6 days.

    A refund would be nice, or you could at least give me credit to cover the days that the access point has been down.
