Courtney Powell vs. Hertz Global Holdings

I have tried to sign up for Hertz Gold twice to no avail. I rent cars from Hertz monthly for business travel and each time I attempt to sign up for the program on their website the Gold form will not submit properly. So, I went to the Hertz counter in Austin and the nice lady told me to call the Hertz Gold number. The lovely Hertz Gold lady told me to go the website. :) The circle never ends. All that I wanted to do was pay them an additional $60 dollars a year.
