Jerry Renoe vs. Dollar Rent a Car

I rented a car from them in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In South Florida we have toll-by-plate everywhere, no need to stop at the booth, cameras capture the plate and you receive a bill in the mail. These tolls range from ~$.25 - $1.00. However, Dollar Rent A Car charges $25 or more PER TOLL. They did not mention this when I checked the car out and the language on the contract is of course in small print. The bill I received was over $400 just for fees, shocking. They're gouging customers and being very sneaky about it. I've contacted them and they have ignored my inquires. Shameful.
