    The income tax exemption limit for meals to employees in India was fixed at Rs 50/ (US$1)per meal in 2001 and has not been revised since then there has been an increase of 109.50% in food prices in the past 10 years; the limit should be revised to a minimum of Rs.125 (US$ 2.5)per meal from April 2012.

    We are trying to take the campaign to next level with introduction of Quick Response Code or QR so that the mobile users can share and participate in this campaign to get the enhanced meal allowance.
