I when into showroom choose a car, informed the sales person that i had already secured a letter of credit for a certian price range, gave him a copy. The process to purchase the car when to getting as i was told a better finance rate and a higher price range with their finance company, i signed the finace papers once my application was approved, took possession of their car, traded my title helded car + $1000 dwn pymt. Left with car, after 16 days the car was reposessed from my driveway w/o notice and I had to get an atty to handle getting to the bottom of what went dwn. I was without my car, their car,got a rental for a week, paid atty and findly got my car delivered bk to my hm. they are refusing to reimburse the $1000 atty fees or $700 car rental fee i am out of todate. Althought atty made them give me back my $1000 dwnpymt. however they indicated to my atty. that they weren't able to secure financing after all, {?} then what was the purpose of my signing the Finance documents that I have been given copies of and why did it take from April 12, 2012 until May 5, 2012, when they removed my new car during the dark from my driveway before they realized that they had made an error on their part.
