    I was in a contract with Vivint for alarm services.
    I moved in June of 2011.
    Last August I told Vivint that I moved and wanted the service cancelled.
    I would pay by by automatic debit ,monthly, the remainder of the contract, taking me through April 2012.
    I noticed that Vivint was still deducting money from my account.
    When I called, I found out the service was renewed in May, automatically.
    Which means I was put into another contract until May 2013.
    I told Vivint last year that I no longer lived at the home where the equipment was located. The service has not even been on.
    I feel it is incredibly wrong, and poor business to put me into another year contract unwillingly, when I cancelled the service, and haven't even used the service since last June.
