"Stop excessive DVR and Modem charges"

    Comcast charges monthly $ 10 rental for modems that cost $ 40 ! This means we pay for two modems every year !
    They also charge $ 12 for DVRs that could be bought for under $ 100. We are paying for a DVR evry year !
    They also force us to have a DVR in each room where there's a TV... and an additional outlet charge of $ 9 in each room... where does it stop?
