"All promised and fix this problem been ongoing too long so i need to be valued and respected by receiving what i was promised but not what comcast promise to a customer when talking to them when setting up services........"

    May 2012 services set up no show then another no show reset up service install and then on June 2, 2012 came out installer charged for equipment i was not told i would be charged for and installation when had 2 @ $20.00 = $40.00 credited for first not in record but supervisor guarantee me it would be fixed all would be credited on first months bill once i receive bill nothing showed as credit..... services paying for inoperable had over 4 installers in the month of June up till July and still unable to watch any of the television due to installer put rate and wrong information but i am the one who is still being charged for services i can't use because not able to work because installer and online programer had errors making it difficult for me to not be able to operate my equipment... I called comcast and installed date scheduled again but advanced one this time so i believe ok advanced means this should not experience any problems because this installers knows how to correct problems and fix all errors... May untill this last advanced installer in July no more problems with my dvr- comcasted television services bill is still not fixed so i phone to see how i can be compensated for all the errors and credits promise just fix bill being fair and all my credits comcast tells me how much would you like to pay and well accept it i then stated fix all that you owe me from May, June, and July of charges for my unworking equipment up till my problem fixed and $40.00 credit for no shows and $210.00 for billing each month and it should tell me what i owe cause i want to pay my bill to comcast. I set up another appointment in July unable to go online on my internet so they said its your computer i had a computer guy come out he said it was the modeum i quickly called because im being charged for the services and there equipment i had trouble shooted online with them on phone and she stated the modeum isnt corresponding i have tried serveral times and still unable to get online. Made appointment after not able to use computer on August 03, 2012 they are to come out to house again but now want to say if its the ethernet cord were not responsible and this is your cable... at this time added a $3.99 protection plan but never was told this during set up that this that and that this what is up with comcast this is uncool..... a bill for almost $6??.?? what when who and how in three i owe almost what a month of rent cost me upset and frustrated this has been more of a problem than guarantee or money back really....
