button vs. Comcast
"comcast customer service sucks. I will not go back."

button they was trying to reinstate my service. i was trouble shooting with them for 3 hours on my day off. i was disconnected frop a drop call.I called back and couldnt reach the same person. No one called me back. The next day I call trying to get a work order the girl trys to get me one in two days on my day off. i thought perfect. then she comes back on the line and said who ever i talked to yesterday put a work order in for 10 days from now. she said she couldnt cancell that work order and give me the one in two days.. i was like REALLY why. I move in two in a half weeks why hook it up for like 5 days. I told hger to just cancell it all and when I move I refuse to use this company again. all I have recieved was the run around. Comcast sucks and needs to learn how to treat their customers. Toni Jackson/Bonazza
