Jeanette Elton vs. Chase

I tried to pay my account in full but did not put a decimal point in the right place. My bank sent the money and of course there was not enough in my account to cover it but Chase showed that I had paid over 25K. I asked them to send the money back so my account would be zero. They did that but I did not get the money so now I have a 25K charge on a credit card with a much lower limit. I have called them and they have called my bank but nothing is getting done.
