gnevels vs. Chase

On the 15th of June Chase bank was authorized to deduct $211.00 from my debit account in Pittsburgh. On the 18th of June, they deducted $501.50 which sent my account to a negative balance and is cost me $25.00 in NSF due to this. I called several times and have still no resolution to this issue. I spoke w/ a Mike Reblando on 6-19-12 who assured me that this would be taken care of w/in 24-48hrs. As of today, nothing. I've called Mr. ReBlando (877)496-0122 ext. 3442137 several times since then, left messages, but have not received a return phone call. Meanwhile, my account is in default!!!!!
