Dawn Gallagher vs. Bank of America

On a Tues I made a deposit of $12,000.00 to my checking account. On Weds the payer of the check showed paid and the funds were posted to BofA on Thursday. On Friday someone from B of A, reversed the deposit. Reason code - deposit signature doesn't match. I never received any phone call from anyone, instead I was left $8,000.00 overdrawn and no money for the weekend. My signature card has been with BOFA for over 24 years - my signature has more than likely changed. They certainly could have made a phone call - it was a deposit into my bank account, not a withdrawal. Please note I have to wait for the check to come back in the mail and in speaking with the payer, BofA still has not returned the $$ to them.
