Melissa Lee Bank of America has changed the amount of my monthly mortgage payments (2) times this year alone. We have been in this home for over 25 years, and instead of our payment going down, it has gone up. It went from $645.99 per month, to 773.87, and now for August they want 829.65. We only owe a little over 21,000.00 on this 30 year mortgage. They will not explain why the cost went up.
