Lilian parchen I paid my mortgage and the mortgage company never received my payment due to the teller (accidentally) instead paid my mother-in-laws credit card. BofA said they fixed the problem they caused but the day after I had the collection agency hunting me down. I wish I didn't have to have my mortgage with them because they are old, lazy and dumb. That is the nicest I can be for all they have done to me. I have to waste my time to fixe their problems.
