"Stop charging maintenance fees without customers' consent!"

    After being a loyal customer for more than 10 years, I just realized today that for the past four months, Bank of America has been charging me $5 "maintenance fees" that I was unaware of. I called customer service to inquire about this, as well as to try and get my money back. After an unhelpful and rude conversation with "Kristy, from Mogantown, West Virginia" who told me that they did not need my permission to take money from my account. She put me on hold for at least ten minutes while oddly breathing into the phone, and after 10 minutes, her supervisor, "Sheri Armstrong, from Morgantown, West Virginia" came on only to tell me that I should just cancel my account. These employees must go, and I want my money back!
