Jim Hidlebaugh Recently, they over payed our escrow for taxes and raised our house payment because they did not note that we had changed homeowner policies and pulled information from previous insurance company and current. We noted this and contacted them to get our house payment back down.
My wife talked to customer service and they said after they get money that they overpaid back they were cutting a check directly to us - we did not ask for this, they said they were doing this. After 10 days they said they still had not received money back they had overpaid for taxes. Finally a week later after my wife called they said they had the check and a check order for disperement would be made. Another week passed. Note she has talked to several different people who supposedly made notes in our account. My wife called again today - we have been dealing with this for over a month now - . They are now saying that they owe us no money and they need that money for cushion for escrow, which is a load of crap, since that is already built in. My wife demanded that they give is our money we over payed in this debacle. They said it would be another 10 days before they would review it...
Another time, they just on their own took out a house payment, when we always pay by check. They wanted to keep the double payment, and we had to fight like heck to get it back.
These people are rude, incompetent, and have no intercommunication.
