Zoli Honig Stop screwing over your loyal iPhone customers!
In the past, AT&T has offered upgrading pricing to many customers when the "new" iPhone came out, even to those who had purchased last year's model and signed a two-year contract. However, this year with the iPhone 5, AT&T seems to have decided not to make such an offer, even for the customers that have been paying $200+ per month.
At that price, it is cheaper for users to pay an ETF and switch to Verizon and buy the iPhone 5. Don't make us do it AT&T. We will.
