U Direct Transportation I have spent hours and hours on the phone getting the run around about why my bill jumps up and down by $400 each month with no help. Also my service has been poor and I was offered no help other than charging me for a service call to check the line. After having enough of being told what to pay each month to bring my bill to 100% current and then getting a bill in the mail telling me another story each month since service started, I asked to cancel only to be told I agreed to a 24 month service agreement with early termination fees that I was never explained and feel as if I was purposly tricked into this by the customer service reps who were claiming to "help" fix the problem. I just want to part ways with them after only 7 months and they are dragging there feet on giving me a total price to do so. Please help. They refuse to treat me like a paying customer.
