Ramsey Nally vs. AT&T

"Make AT&T restore my unlimited data plan as it was before they redefined the word unlimited."

  • Ramsey Nally

I have paid for an unlimited data plan I rarely used so I would have it when I needed it. AT&T took my money for years when I wasn't using hardly any data but now that I need it more than ever I have been told it will be slowed down to a rate that I have read is all but useless. I need to use my navigation service to locate hospitals along my route in case of an emergency. I've been disabled for years and have only been out twice to go to a doctor in almost a year. I know AT&T violated the contract we had for unlimited data which I believe should make our contract null and void so I should have the right with all others AT&T violated contracts with to enter into a class action suit. They lied in the contract and every month I received a bill stating I was receiving the service of unlimited data in my monthly bill they lied. My unlimited data plan existed before throttling and I had a reasonable expectation that my unlimited data plan was unlimited as the definition of the word unlimited is very clear. To continue to use the word unlimited but changing the definition in their minds is a breach of contract, theft by deception and stealing for taking money for services they never intended to provide.
