    Thank You for your Prompt response Jerry, I am not concern about my Privacy Issues as you can see this, I want this to be Public.

    As I contacted them again ,

    I spoke with Brandon, Karrenbrock

    From Customer Service and found out, in the notes, my Account stated I am "Blocked" from receiving any and all upgrades to the Apple I-Phone 5 Devise.

    Jerry, it is said that some one in your Corporation would sabotage my Business by giving me corrupted devices or Refurbish products.

    For your information, the last visit I made to the Apple Store in July was because the I-Phone 4S brand new out of the box, that Apple had sent me was also defected, the Pop-Up's was just another minor problem, prior to that, my I-Phone 4 went into Recovery Mode and lost over 6 GB, approx. 1,000 contacts and over 10,000 text messages.

    Please do not make it seem Jerry as if I am the Problem here because I have a Attitude. Me being persistent about having a working devise for my Business is the issue here.

    You selling and profiting for Apple is your Job, but Customer Service and Helping out Customers is a Consideration you do not want to consider doing with me. Instead, you delegate to your peers to have me contact the 1-800-676-2775 to make the "Little Bugging Fly" go away, but don't be Surprise when a American Bold Eagle comes down Landing instead.

    Jerry, it will be my Mission to get my Results, and once I do.

    I will make it a Mission to see who your Boss is 3-10 Levels above you to let them know how you have Failed to Help Me!
