"Stop punishing loyal customers"

    Aside from being upset that my "6 week window for an upgrade" wasn't permitted, I am tired of being punished for being a loyal consumer. Since the iPhone's inception, I have been a marquee customer - who was fortunate to secure unlimited data. As their service plans changed, I was glad to hear they would grandfathered in those wanted to keep unlimited data. However, over the last 18 months, they have forcefully brought to market new features, (facetime over cellular, using cellular as mifi, etc). All of these great features are available to "share plan users" but not to unlimited data users. I think its a shame that AT&T treats their customers with such disregard. In todays social world, I hope all those who share my thoughts will let them be known.
