    After a year and 300+ dropped calls/bad connections I had five calls dropped and three bad connections within a five minute period.

    I was expecting three calls from a friend's job application and two loan applications.

    I've never been so mad in my life. I had just paid my monthly bill of $117 the day before. I drove three miles to the 'Kings of dropped calls' store to complain and to ask for better service (like I had done about 12 times before).

    Apparently the manager told the security to tell me to leave the store and that I wasn't allowed there anymore.

    I told the security that all I wanted was my phone fixed (a store employee had it apart and ready to install a new sim card which he told me would be the solution to my problems. He said that the card was 8 months 'overdue').

    The security said that as soon as my phone was put together (without the new sim card) and handed to me I had to leave the store as then I would be trespassing and they'd had to call the police for my trespassing.

    I told them that I wanted a refund for all the problems/lack of reasonable service and that I would take them to small claims court.

    I went online and chatted with a supervisor who told me I'd get my monthly bill refunded (I took a snapshot of the conversation). I never got any money back.

    By the next day I didn't have any phone service. Where can I get additional info or help on taking thieves 'such as these' to court?
