Kamal Patel Every time I call them to solve any problem with my business plan, their commission oriented sales people always focus on selling me something extra, rather than focusing on my problem. Even when they solved my problem, they sent me something in mail that I didn't want. I have been overcharged many times for wrong services. They issued me credit for 2-3 times in last 2 and half years for over/wrong charges. But still my phone bill is way high, and problems are unsolved. All their reps are looking for commission , and not helping out customers.
