My name is Jose Gutierrez and I've been a loyal customer of At&t since 2007. Recently I've been having trouble with the new data policies at&t implemented.
I'm an Iphone 4S user with an unlimited data plan and most of the time i'm downloading music and videos through itunes, but with the new data restrictions is almost impossible to download a song. Before it used to take me 30 seconds to download a 3MB song, but now it takes almost ten minutes for a song to be completed. It doesn't even let me listen to the song preview.
I'm aware that these restrictions start after reaching a total of 3 GB of uses but i'm constantly downloding apple products. I had called customer service but they keep giving me the same answer , that there's nothing they can do about it.
They offered me to connect to Wi Fi but unfortunatly i don't have access to Wi Fi. I understand that there is some people that usethe mobile data to provide internet to other devices and you guys are trying to cut that , but in my case, I don't think is fair for customer me ,that purchased an iphone to get advantages of the features that it provides such as downloading apps and music, but are not allow to do so due to these restrictions.
I've never had any complains about At&t before , it is a great company but it really bothers me that i can't no even use my smartphone for simple things it should do.
