Jonah Stinson vs. AT&T

First time I've really put my unlimited plan to use since first coming over to AT&T in 2009 and wouldn't you know, they throttled my internet speed because I'm now above 3GB's of data usage. Wait.. What did he say? Yes, that's exactly what I've been told by first a text message and again by the customer service team that has informed me due to my excessive usage I'm slowing now the nations fastest wireless company. But here is the good news! If I switch to a tiered plan I will not EVER be throttled. Yes thats right.. If I plan them to more $$ I can now use up to 5GB of data without being slowed to a crawl and of course pay for any overages that will happen. DREAM ON AT&T!! I will take you to court and win..
But until then my phone will be downloading 24/7 no matter how slow you throttle me because I'm unlimited and this guy never used above 3GB'S of data until now.. Lets see if I can hit 20GB'S before the end of my billing cycle. Maybe that will get the message across.
