JB vs. AT&T

Basically they sent letters saying that on August 8th 2012 My DSL service would be interrupted until I changed to U-Verse. On Aug 8 2012 they did just that. I recorded the call, and was promised that the bandwidth limit of 250GB was forever and that instead of my current 1.5Mbps download that I could now get 3.0 Mbps. So being forced to change, I said ok. Today I installed the new modem and I am down to 768Kbps. That is HALF of what my prior speed was. They are looking into it...
