huselad vs. AT&T

AT&T keep throttling my speed!
i have two lines with unlimited data plan,
can't use the phones more than 1/3 of the month...
what can i do?
i'm paying more than $400-$500 a month on my 5 lines but can't use them anymore the way i want and need...
my whole purpose of getting these phones was the data speed and the fact that it's unlimited!

please get beck to me and let me know what can i do about it.
