I had a phone line 440-XXX-XXXX attached to 440-XXX-XXX, it had a multi function ring attached, I asked that it be transferred to 440-XXX-XXX on 8/11/12. I have spent every day at least 1 to 2 hours trying to get the fax line to work without success talking to at least 3 supervisors, also without success. When you call 800-288-2020 and give them your business phone number you will get U-Verse. I am ready to cancel everything I have including U-Verse, 2 land lines and cell phone. Help. Help,
