Gaetan Jones vs. AT&T

I called 1800288-2020 to sign up for AT&T Direct TV along with all the other services I have with AT&T enabling me to bundle this service along with all the other services I have with AT&T which is everything we have been an AT&T customer forever as our records will show........I was quoted (from Morris) $48.99 for the sevice we wanted for the first year which included according to Morris 205 channels and NFL Sundat Ticket .The second year it would increase to $69.99....$5.00 monthly discount for bundeling..My confirmation #CYFY2MW6 order # 60620914280054 when I received my e-mail confirmation the price was $64.99 per month increasing to about $100 the 2nd year.....I immediately canceled the order called corporate to let them know what AT&T customers are being subjected to and was assured they would handle it and get back with me, which has never happened....AT&T needs to be aware that they are partnering with a company that is lying to their customers...........I am aware that AT&T can not resolve an issue if they do not know about it so now you do......Hopefully this issue can get resolved so other AT&T long time customers are not treated as incapable of reporting these type of issues to those that need to know, Thes type of issues are destroying AT&T's reputation...............
