"Throttling my plan"

    I have been throttled after exceeding my supposed 3gb threshold which I was clueless even existed until I was put on hold for over an hour, then they try to give me $20 credit to my account for my time. I told them this was quite insufficient for my troubles and they upped it to $50 just for being put on hold forever. I talked to three different departments during this time and each one said hang on I'm looking into this an they kept pushing me off to someone else. Finally I just asked to talk to a supervisor who told me they had a team especially for "throttling" and she would put me through to them, I was then placed on hold again only for her to come back and say I'm soo sorry they're not in right now, I'll have them call you back. I asked when that would be and she said first thing this morning, well I told her I wanted a call before noon because they come in at 8am, I was assured I would get a call. I had to call them again today after noon. Then I was told I am being throttled and there's nothing they can do. I can't even open a simple web page as google.com. This is not throttling, it's being shutoff. I was getting speeds of 6.84 mb/s and then yesterday I was throttled to .11 mb/s, and now I can't even ping a server to check my speed its "throttled" soo slow! Please help!
