Robin Rouse vs. Apple

The sound is OK but the video is so jumpy it's absolutely unusable. I recorded a friend's retirement party, which turned out to be a surprise engagement party, and I can't even use it. I'm fuming! Did a lot of research on how to fix the problem and what I really learned is that there's no actual solution to this problem! Lots of ideas on how to work around it; people went off and tried them and came back and said "Don't waste your time." I don't have hours and hours and hours to try things that don't work. I paid for this iPhone. IT should work! And I had SO many videos that were important to me! I'm very sad, very disappointed.
