Ron Racine We walked into the Rockingham Mall, Salem, NH store to have my grand daughter's iphone replaced due to a cracked screen the night before. She is in the service, was in uniform, had to report to her unit in Virginia by 9 pm. It was 11 am. The person who approached us with his note pad said there would be a two (2) or more hour wait. WHAT! I won't go into what I wanted to say after explaining her situation to him. And this is how Apple treats those who put themselves in harms way for us! Obviously, YES! HE DIDN'T EVEN OFFER, TO MOVE HER TO THE HEAD OF THE LINE! Given her situation, I think he should have! I WILL NEVER BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT AND WILL STRONGLY SUGGEST THE SAME TO EVERYONE I KNOW OR EVER WILL!!!!
